    Long, flowing Swedish strokes blended with slower, deeper work where you hold the most tension. Pressure is set to you, and you can change it any time.

Mikayla moves ice gently over one area to cool it. Fifteen minutes, booked on its own or alongside a massage.

Red light therapy, 30 minutes, $30

Thirty minutes of gentle red and near-infrared light on the skin. The light doesn’t heat or burn; you simply lie back and relax. Ask Mikayla whether it fits what you are looking for.
