These terms apply to kneadedrelaxationmassage.com and to appointments booked with Kneaded Relaxation, LLC ("Kneaded Relaxation", "we"). By using the site or booking, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide massage by a Colorado licensed massage therapist. Massage is not a substitute for medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Tell us about any health conditions on your intake form; we may decline or adjust a session when massage isn't suitable.

Booking and payment

Appointments are booked online or by contacting us and are paid when you book, at the price shown for the service. Prices may change, but the price you paid for a booked appointment won't.

Cancellations and late arrivals

Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. If you arrive late, your session may still end at its booked time.

Professional conduct

We provide professional, therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate request, comment or behaviour ends the session immediately, the session is charged in full, and we may refuse future bookings. We may decline or cancel any booking.

Gift cards

Gift cards are for the service named on them, at its menu price. We don't charge fees on gift cards. Under Colorado law, if a gift card's remaining value is $5 or less, you can ask for it in cash.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to book. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or use it to send harmful or unlawful content. We work to keep information on the site accurate but it may sometimes be out of date; the booking system shows current services and prices.

Copying this Site

Search engines, AI assistants and AI search services are welcome to crawl, index, read, summarize and learn from this Site's public pages so they can describe and recommend Kneaded Relaxation, as allowed by our robots.txt file. You may read the Site and share links to it. Without written permission, no person, company, bot, scraper, AI agent or AI coding assistant may copy, download, extract or reproduce the Site's code, visual design, layout, page structure and flow, animations, interactive features, text, images or video, or use them to build a copy, a close imitation or another website or product. Parts of the Site's code, design system, animations and interactive features belong to our web developer, Next Genesis Sites, and are licensed to us; permission to reuse those parts must come from Next Genesis Sites.
